Post Brexit Problems

As was probably expected, there have been problems with importing truffles in to the UK post Brexit. One week the truffles arrive without any issues then the next shipment gets held up for two days and is refused entry. Couple that with incorrect processing of VAT and duty charges and we have ourselves some major headaches,

As for caviar the situation is much worse. New legislation requirements through DEFRA and their inability to process the new paperwork has meant delays up more that 5 weeks so far. Caviar stock are very low at the moment. We hope that DEFRA are able to get on top of the situation very soon.
