We value your custom and aim to make the purchase process as smooth as possible. However sometimes things do go wrong and here we documents our returns policy. We specialise in foodstuffs and some of our products are open to spoil if not handled correctly.
- All unopened goods will be refunded on return to us.
- Refunds do not include the initial freight cost when the goods were sent.
- Return freight is at the buyer’s expense.
- Fresh truffles and caviar must be returned in a chilled condition.
- The buyer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to return an item.
- Outside of this time, fresh truffles and caviar can not be refunded due to the products being perishable.
